The location was fantastic since it was very close to the beach.

Some of the rooms were not accessible with stroller so we had to change our room.

It is located very close to the beach and the pier with lots of great restaurants nearby. Nice interior and clean rooms.

We loved the effort made to be truly kid-friendly.

A little slow on the service (e.g. We had to request the crib 3 times).

Great hotel with friendly staff. Very nice if you have small children. A crib was delivered to our room complete with paraben-free baby shampoo and lotion, and even a children's bedtime CD, which I think really did the trick! Our room was located conveniently next to the pool, but there was a gate to prevent our younger kids from roaming too close. The noise of the doors in the bathroom making noise up stair.

Hotel was nice, the same as it was 5 years ago and it still looks the same. Not very many up grades outside the TV's. Over all a pleasant experience
